Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on any of our items; however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to email cheybutterco@gmail.com referencing your name, order number and the date of purchase.

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed and fullfilled within 3-5 business days and a USPS tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided upon checkout. 
 
All packages are sent with Priority Mail and will be delivered within 1-3 days based on destination.
